PRODUCT EXCHANGES

If you made an international purchase, you can request a product exchange under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request the exchange.

  • Product condition: The item must be in perfect condition, unused, with its original tags attached and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase: You must provide the order number or invoice.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Shipping costs:

    • The customer must cover international shipping costs both ways.

    • Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted.

  • Processing time: The new shipment will be processed within 15 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Full name, order number, photos of the product, and the reason for the exchange.


WARRANTY

If your product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a warranty under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: The warranty is valid for 90 days after delivery.

  • Proof of purchase: Provide the order confirmation or invoice.

  • Covers only:

    • Manufacturing defects (open seams, faulty zippers, etc.).

    • Technical issues or factory irregularities.

  • Does not apply if:

    • The product shows signs of misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by sharp objects, chemicals, or improper washing.

    • The product is not returned clean.

Warranty options:

  • Repair: Completed within 20 business days after we receive the product.

  • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement of the same item will be provided (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange for another product: You may choose another product of equal or higher value (paying the price difference, if applicable).

  • Refund: If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will proceed with a refund.

In confirmed cases of manufacturing defects, LASKA will cover the international shipping costs.


REFUNDS

  • Right of withdrawal: You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to cancel the purchase.

  • Shipping costs: The customer must cover the return shipping cost in case of withdrawal.

  • Processing time: Refunds may take up to 25 business days from the receipt and validation of the product.

Refund options:

  1. Credit or debit card reversal (processing time depends on the bank, maximum 25 business days).

  2. Store credit: A voucher for the value of the returned product, valid for 1 year (not applicable on promotional items).
